Salima and William of Urbana Pet Assistance provide excellent care for my 16 year old cat, Zoey! I have no worries when we travel, knowing she is in their expert hands. They administer her medications and equally importantly, give her lots of attention when they visit. My favorite picture of Zoey was taken by Salima last summer, which I received via text message. "We are very satisfied with the level of service that Urbana Pet Assistance has provided. They are very good at meeting the schedule we requested. On the rare occasion they have been outside our requested time of service we have been given advanced notice to make sure it would not be a problem. Their level of communication has been everything they said it would be. I receive a text message every time they are at our house and when they leave. I have not had any issues with them securing the house. They have been gracious enough to lock up after me when I forget. With my wife being a nurse our requested days can change from week to week and adjusting the schedule is a breeze. Their professionalism is nothing short of excellent. With all that said I am most happy with the fact that they genuinely care about the well being of our dog. If you decide to use them I am confident you will be pleased. "

"To whom it may concern,

For several months now, we have been employing the services of Urbana Pet Assistance to take care of our 12 year old “senior” German Shepherd Dog Miki. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with and have always gone above and beyond to ensure that our dog is very well taken care of and that we have complete peace of mind.

Being a senior citizen, Miki has a rather strict regimen in terms of dietary considerations, supplements, etc. During our first meeting with UPA, they took careful notes regarding the entire feeding process, and have adhered to it perfectly. They have also gone the extra mile, waiting on occasion for Miki to eat when she is in a finicky state. This alone is a very good barometer of the level of effort and the caring that they bring to their work. Finally, they always pick up our mail, take out our garbage can on appropriate days, and generally do everything possible to make our lives easier.

Salima and William are definitely animal lovers and it is apparent that they truly care about the pets which they are caring for. They even send text messages throughout the day informing us of the status of feeding, walking, and general well being of Miki. It is an extremely good way to put an owners mind at peace knowing the status of the animal in real time.
